The O-Festival has started!

The O-Festival has startet, in wonderful sunshine and 28 degrees at the Fossum arena in Bærum. The first World Cup runner started at 13.31 and the last World Cup runner is expected to cross the finish around 17.25. Through the course of the day, a total of 2600 runners will be out in the woods.

Start lists for the middle distance on Friday, long distance on Saturday, relay on Sunday and elite classes on Friday have now been published. Late entries are no longer possible for ordinary classes, but direct entry courses are available all three days.

Anne Margrethe Hausken is struggling against time to be ready for the World Cup races at Fossum next weekend, after needing six stitches in her knee last Thursday.

Almost 7000 entries - remember the deadline Friday evening!

We have almost 7000 entries to the Norwegian O-Festival 2009, nearly 3000 of which are for Saturday's competition.

If you haven't registered yet, you can still do so right up until 25th June, but it's cheaper and you are included in the normal draw of start numbers if you register by 23:59 on Friday 19th June!

Try Trail-O at the O-Festival!

There will be trail orienteering at the O-Festival on Sunday. In addition to the fact that the very best will be there to participate, there will also be a chance for everybody else to have a go at Trail-O!
